What’s special about Awakin Calls calls, is that they break the mold of an expert guest being interviewed by a single interviewer. It’s not that the guests are not experts, they are each amazing human beings. They are invited to express their amazingness not through self-promotion, but by being unscripted, reflective, spontaneous, and engaging with the circle that is present on the calls.
This is what happens when the space is architected as a “we” space rather than a dyadic space. It can happen even with low production, audio-only format.
It’s no surprise that this is the form the Awakin community has created, as they practice sincere listening and reflection in their community circles held around the world each week. The circles have a way of speaking to the activated kindness and goodness in each person.
