A six-week course to rediscover your offering in these times

As we are living through a moment of great transition, the time is ripe to revisit how the work you do is shifting, and whether there is some new work that is ready to live through you.

In this course we will be guided by the practice of systemic constellations, which provides a unique point of view on how to build a work life that connects your gifts and talents with the outer world, in a way that feel aligned and purposeful.

 

“What is my work" has always been my big question. It is one that led me to travel far and wide, searching in any number of places.

I once had the chance to ask a wise one, in all earnestness:

"I want to know, what is my work?"

She turned the question back on me:

"What is more interesting is, why do you not know?"

This was the last time I needed to ask anyone outside of myself. This is a process that helps you to find the answers within.

Topics we explore

We look at work as an ecosystem — including your product or service offering, clients, collaborators, and the flow of money. We also get to know the “emerging future,” which holds a special place in these times of great transition.

As we come to know these key players in this ecosystem, we diagnose where your work has the most support, where it may be stuck, and how to make adjustments to bring things back into balance.

What is my Full Potential and how close am I today?

What is my plan; and what is the Emerging Future’s plan for me?

Why is it so hard to make a plan or get any traction?

How do I prioritize when there are a million possibilities?

How can I get closure on what is over or keeping me stagnated?

How can I increase the flow of gifts and abundance through my work?

COURSE SCHEDULE

The course consists of six class meetings and an individual systemic constellation session. You will also be provided with a resource guide to support your learning and integration exercises to be done between meetings.

Weekly Classes

Each week we present key concepts that you can apply no matter where you are on the journey of putting your offering out into the world. You’ll learn techniques to develop your inner guidance as we do experiential exercises based on systemic constellations that help sharpen your intuitive abilities and give you an embodied understanding of underlying dynamics in your professional life.

PERSONAL Constellation Session

All will have the opportunity to have an individual constellation session to process what is needed in order to transition into an empowered sense of possibility and strength in your professional life.

A community of like-minded people

Join an intimate group of people who are constellators, healing arts practitioners, and mission-based entrepreneurs with years working in professional business settings.

You’ll have the option to share reflections along the way in a private online forum. You can also take advantage of this supportive community as a sounding board for new ideas and developing concepts.

About Alissa Fleet

Having studied many modalities for how change works, Alissa is passionate about the effectiveness of systemic constellations for personal and professional transformation.

She brings a background of learning from a number of constellations trainers in the U.S., as well as Buddhist psychology, and indigenous wisdom traditions.

She also draws on 20 years working in product design management for branding, innovation, and management consulting firms.
